I’ve been in the real estate game since 1999, and I’ve spent just as long studying the craft of persuasive marketing and direct-response copywriting.
Over the years, I’ve learned from copywriting legends like Dan Kennedy, Gary Halbert, and other masters of sales psychology, offer creation, and conversion-focused messaging.
I was fortunate to experience real estate investment from the perspective of the various participants involved in RE transactions: Investor, Contractor, Motivated Off-Market Seller, Landlord, Maintenance Tech, Tenant, Property Owner.
I understand the motives from each participant's perspective. And let me tell you, each player's motivations that moves them to act are drastically different.
